okay so day 4 was pretty good to say the least... the bad part was i ate have a 3 meat pizza for lunch, and half a ledo's buffalo chicken pizza for dinner... the good part was i played in two soccer games for the entire match cus neither of my teams had any subs... we won both the first one we won 2-1 and the second one we won 7-4 (the second league is an indoor league which is why the scoring is so high) i scored 4 in the second game, and im pretty sure i didnt score in the morning game... i mean if i cant remember it, it probably didnt happen... i just cant remember who scored the first goal... either or i did alot of running today so that was a good thing...
Day 5 was a Monday... so i didnt really feel like doing anything... i posed on facebook that i was thinking about running, but once i got home from work i just didnt have the motivation... i laid around and hung out with my parents watching tv, had enchiladas for dinner so it was looking like a pretty bad day... either or i suddenly got motivated before bed and decided to do 50 push up's and 50 sit up's... i figure hey thats a start so yeah hopefully ill do a little better as the week progresses.... so tonight was weigh in #1 and for the entirety of the blog i will be weighing in at night cus your weight fluctuates during the day... but none the less i weighed in at 218... my bmi says thats obese not just overweight, but i feel im a pretty fit 218... we will see how all this turns out but ladies and gentlemen we now have our target weight... 208....

Day 3
So this one will be short...
tonight i will be going out in baltimore with my friend brandon so im planning on drinking most of the night and will definitely not be working out... or eating healthy...
but
i did pack lunch today which is a small step in the right direction... tuna sandwich, pretzels and a bag of carrots... and some nature valley almond bar... good stuff... i plan on kicking this weight loss thing into high gear next week... high gear may only last a week but we will see how much it helps.... till tomorrow im out.... (almost 30 page views, which i think is a good accomplishment since this is a blog about the KFC double down sandwich and weight loss)

Day 2
Sooooo yeah i was too lazy to write this last night but here is what i can remember about yesterday....
as far as being on a diet goes i'm about as disciplined as a three year old who just learned the word no...(or someone else who is undisciplined) i forgot to pack lunch so i went to the cafeteria at work, and it ended up being taco day, so i made myself a HUGE burrito with fajita chicken, jalapenos, shredded cheese, nacho cheese, tomatoes, lettuce, sour cream and i had some chips on the side... im betting that meal was real beneficial to my weight loss goal... i ended up being stuck at work until about 7 so i ended up getting home late and all i wanted was to just lay around on my ass.... i talked myself into "working out" which consisted of 10 sit-ups in between each round of call of duty that i played.... after that i realized that it was 10:30 at night and i was hungry because i essentially skipped dinner.... so i threw together a salad with chicken, cucumbers, cheese and ranch... not bad but than again eating a fairly large salad at 11 at night isn't good for losing weight..or so I've heard... after that it was shower and bed... first official weigh in comes on day 5...so keep reading!

Day 1
1:00pm -- so its lunch time and i feel day one is off to a good start…i packed lunch today so i wont be eating out…that wont help me lose weight but it will keep me from putting any on..i think… oh well i plan to run tonight maybe do some other exercise…i don't know… i think i want to leave this open for comments but what sorta exercise or diet do you think would help me lose the 10 pounds? please leave a comment if you have any ideas… okay well back to work

The IDEA!!
Hopefully by now you have seen or heard of the KFC Double Down.... A delicious (among other things) concoction containing 2 chicken breasts (fried), 2 strips of bacon ie. the best thing an animal gave to mankind, two slices of monterey and pepper jack cheese (yum!), and the Colonel's special sauce (yeah i know whatever)....oh yeah and no bun!... Now any healthy human being would look at this sandwich and run... it probably shortens your lifespan by at least a year and will up your chances of a heart attack by 5%...but lets be real, we aren't healthy human beings - we are AMERICANS!!! and yes being the glutton that i am the idea to try one of these greasy heaven-sent death traps has crossed my mind. Well not long ago one of my friends suggested we go get some while watching the ALMIGHTY REDSKINS pull off a wonderful upset win against the packers..... in joking fashion i responded, "I'd have to lose 10lbs first!".... and well there you have it... the place where my journey begins... I dont know how long it will take... and im not sure the amount of effort i will put forth into losing the weight (albeit i could stand to lose a few pounds) but if my name isn't JayWeezy (it is check my PSN) i WILL drop the pounds... it starts now, 10 Down to DoubleDown!!
