Day 2

Sooooo yeah i was too lazy to write this last night but here is what i can remember about yesterday....

as far as being on a diet goes i'm about as disciplined as a three year old who just learned the word no...(or someone else who is undisciplined) i forgot to pack lunch so i went to the cafeteria at work, and it ended up being taco day, so i made myself a HUGE burrito with fajita chicken, jalapenos, shredded cheese, nacho cheese, tomatoes, lettuce, sour cream and i had some chips on the side... im betting that meal was real beneficial to my weight loss goal... i ended up being stuck at work until about 7 so i ended up getting home late and all i wanted was to just lay around on my ass.... i talked myself into "working out" which consisted of 10 sit-ups in between each round of call of duty that i played.... after that i realized that it was 10:30 at night and i was hungry because i essentially skipped dinner.... so i threw together a salad with chicken, cucumbers, cheese and ranch... not bad but than again eating a fairly large salad at 11 at night isn't good for losing weight..or so I've heard... after that it was shower and bed... first official weigh in comes on day 5...so keep reading!
