okay so day 4 was pretty good to say the least... the bad part was i ate have a 3 meat pizza for lunch, and half a ledo's buffalo chicken pizza for dinner... the good part was i played in two soccer games for the entire match cus neither of my teams had any subs... we won both the first one we won 2-1 and the second one we won 7-4 (the second league is an indoor league which is why the scoring is so high) i scored 4 in the second game, and im pretty sure i didnt score in the morning game... i mean if i cant remember it, it probably didnt happen... i just cant remember who scored the first goal... either or i did alot of running today so that was a good thing...
Day 5 was a Monday... so i didnt really feel like doing anything... i posed on facebook that i was thinking about running, but once i got home from work i just didnt have the motivation... i laid around and hung out with my parents watching tv, had enchiladas for dinner so it was looking like a pretty bad day... either or i suddenly got motivated before bed and decided to do 50 push up's and 50 sit up's... i figure hey thats a start so yeah hopefully ill do a little better as the week progresses.... so tonight was weigh in #1 and for the entirety of the blog i will be weighing in at night cus your weight fluctuates during the day... but none the less i weighed in at 218... my bmi says thats obese not just overweight, but i feel im a pretty fit 218... we will see how all this turns out but ladies and gentlemen we now have our target weight... 208....
